The consultation is a relaxed and informal conversation where we can discuss your pregnancy, birth preferences, questions and the support you are looking for. It is also a chance to see which course would best suit your needs. There are no time limits, however I would usually expect a call to be up to an hour.

I would typically recommend sometime between 20-30 weeks gestation. However, my courses are flexible and personal so we can tailor sessions into your timescale. Just let me know on our call.

No. Hypnobirthing techniques can support all types of births, including induction, assisted births and caesarean births. The focus is on helping you to feel informed, empowered and calm, regardless of how your birth unfolds.

Yes! Many parents find Hypnobirthing especially valuable in subsequent pregnancies, particularly if they had a previous traumatic birth experience, or they would just like to approach the next birth with greater confidence.
